Sometimes cats are not sure exactly what they want to do. Two equally wonderful thing, like food and a frisky squirrel are available at the same time. What to do? What to do?
Poor Morgan is again confronted with a decision. Feather toy or bag or whatever is outside the window…
Some cats make decisions much easier.
All the cats wish you a great weekend. They hope you will get the opportunity to nap or chase a squirrel or maybe eat something wonderful!
I think that I perhaps have a little more feline in me than I previously considered! I can spend an entire day deciding which of the good things in my path I want to pursue. I say it’s because I’m particular. I think that’s it for the cats, too. They cultivate discernment! š

Never rush a decision on how to amuse yourself! That is my cats’ motto.

LOL! I have conflicts too – I have work to do, but there are pictures of adorable cats on the blog feed! What to do? Look at the adorable cats some more, is what I think I will do š

Pretty darn adorable, all 3 of ’em. And they all seem to have their priorities taken care of, don’t they?

They are adorbs! I loved that everyone gets along. That is huge!

If only all our decisions were as straightforward as a cat’s š
Happy Weekend to you and the cat clan.

I would love to be able to nap like Hazel, especially now as I’m so busy at work!

I like a good nap periodically but I could never take one of those 20 minute power naps. My naps are full, deep and 2 hours long! Being retired has it’s advantages.

Some Friday frivolity – so many fun choices and so little time and we mere mortals are so boring in comparison aren’t we?

Very boring. It’s our opposable thumbs that are so useful for cats.

Your kitties have such adorable habits. Like Gracie though, instead of a nap or chasing a squirrel I would choose something wonderful to eat!

Gracie is much more food oriented than Morgan. Sometimes Morgan doesn’t eat when I put it out preferring a later dining time. She thinks she was a Vanderbilt in her last life.

Eat, then nap. What else is there to choose?

No squirrels for you either! Too bad. I hear they are fun.

I’ll chase a squirrel, but only with my eyes. Squirrels use our fence as a highway. So far I haven’t seen a head-on collision. Love your cat pictures.

Our squirrels chase each other relentlessly. I don’t know if it’s play or being territorial. There are enough sunflower seeds for everyone.

I hope the squirrels are playing. Who would want to be chased all day long? We should have tons of squirrels to eat all the acorns from the 200-year-old oak tree. I rarely see more than one at a time. Would any of yours like to migrate?

Thanks! It’s hard to get unblurry pictures of my cats unless they are sleeping.

I think that I’ll pass on the opportunity to chase a squirrel. But thanks for the suggestion! š

As long as you enjoy yourself, they will be happy!

Morgan and Gracie look the same size in that first shot . . . have they calibrated?
LikeLiked by 1 person
No. Gracie has gained some weight but she is only 8 lbs. Morgan hovers around 12. They are both the perfect weight for their bone structure as Morgan is a much bigger cat.

If it were me and I had to choose between a squirrel and food, the food would win every time!

Me too. Of course if the food had chocolate there would be no thinking at all.

I’ve had 3 long naps this week. It’s been stressful. I’m going to do some outside work which will make me tired but in a good way.

I could use a week long nap! I love the window shot, Kate. Enjoy your weekend!

I could to except they are (finally!) predicting nice weather for the WHOLE weekend! We have outside work to get done to prep for winter but I hope we can also do something fun.
