Gracie: This is me supervising the office desk. That’s the peep’s mahjongg card in the background. I wonder if it would be lucky if I barfed on it.

Gracie here. It’s been a quiet week. Maybe it seems quiet after all the activity in early July. Gus seems to be ok. No sign of another UTI. Sasha has accepted him again. The funny vet smell must be gone.

The robin that was nesting under the deck structure had babies. Pictures on Sunday’s post. It’s pretty exciting and mama robin is a good mama.

Here are some new pictures of the gang.

Here is Morgan sort of napping on the guitar chair in the music room. We rarely feature Morgan because it’s hard to get an interesting picture of her.

This is Sasha trying to nap (dang camera) in one of her favorite spots. Despite her rumpled fur, she is groomed daily!

  4. Nice when all is well in the world (and the house!). Baby birds are pretty exciting but soon they will fly off and all the excitement will be over. You all can make your OWN excitement then. It’s nice when everything is peaceful and calm too isn’t it.

    • Yes, I often turn the news off just because. The robin babies are exciting although you can’t always see them. When mama is feeding those little heads pop up with open beaks!
