Gracie here! I caught the bus to the casino today. Sasha was supposed to write the post but you know how she is. She woke up from her after breakfast nap late and the peep was running errands. The peep is the only one with opposable thumbs! Why they gave those to peeps is beyond me. Anyhow, I’m home now. I won two packs of catnip and ate at the all you can eat tuna bar. It was a wonderful day!
It’s summertime here. Nothing much is getting done. Naps are required and take longer than in the winter. Maybe it has something to do with those warm sundrops spilling in the windows. Anyhow I was able to catch some shots.

Sasha is doing what she does best. Snooze on the comfy quilt! She was supposed to be composing a post!

I couldn’t find Gus. He has some special hidey holes. He must have been in one of them.

Gracie – you catch all the goings-on, even when it is a slow news day. I like how everyone naps, front paws tucked in. I sleep in a fetal position, so I reckon that is similar to how a feline sleeps
right? That is how Sasha sleeps … looks like me!

I have never been much of a cat person until I started reading your blog. Your cats are not only beautiful, but very entertaining! By the way, the stuffed dog looks like a real dog taking a nap!!

She feels safe. It takes a lot to disrupt her nap. A doorbell with the threat of strangers would do it but not much else.
