Sasha: Hey peep! Get me some catnip! Where is my boa?

Sasha has off today. Something about too much partying last weekend. I really have to hide that boa!

This week an old post about Mollie, my wonderful cat that passed in 2020, showed up. I loved all my cats but Mollie is among my favorites. She was the most beautiful and photographic cat I’ve ever had. She had been taken to the shelter with her kitten. I tried to adopt the kitten too but someone else got him before me. She was 7 pounds of determination, an alpha cat that could boss 15 pound Jake around without issue and refused to be pilled. I still miss her. This post is from 2016.

I have one cat that chews artificial flowers. She doesn’t eat them. Just chews them to bits. For my dining room table (where none of the cats were allow) I used ceramic centerpieces but every once in a while I liked to soften it up. Mollie was impressed. It didn’t take her long to find it.

Mollie: Nice job! I like the berries but that chenille spider will not be long for this world.

This picture happened seconds after a head womp. Mollie must have felt a little bad about it but she had to teach the young’un what was acceptable.
