Sasha the magnificent here. Spring has busted out this week. Trees have leaves. Birds are mating (not sure what that means but Gus wants to try). Everyone is in a mostly happy place. Except the peep. Her car is in the shop and she’s driving a rental. She gets grumpy about that, but I’ll let her tell her own story.
We have a few new pictures for you. Still pulling my portfolio together for Modern Cat. My neck fur is mostly grown back except for the neck ruff which needs some fluffing. Do they make extensions for cat fur? Hmmm…maybe I should look at that next time I go to the spa.
This is one of my favorite napping spots on top of the sofa. The peep doesn’t understand why I don’t slide down. It’s because I’m perfectly balanced. On this pic you can see the fluff on the left side is shorter from the surgery shave. Extensions please!
Here is Gus at the bottom of the stairs. He doesn’t want you to forget him!

Sasha, you are still gorgeous even without an extension. And Gus, you are the same color as the floor, we almost can’t see you! Are you SURE the bottom of the stairs is the best place to be seen?

Gus: I was waiting to see if the peep was staying upstairs. I am her bodyguard so I have to keep an eye on her. They need to change the floor color! 🙂

Hey Sash…these pictures are great. The Peep is a maven behind the camera. As a former model, let me suggest some lifestyle shots for your portfolio. You know, things that girls do. Strolling maybe in a pair’a jeans, a sweater round your shoulders. Gus can be in them too. Magazines love photos of couples. No one has to know he’s your brother. You know how rumors get started. Be nice to the Peep while she has to go get her coffee in a jalopy. She’s in charge of your career after all.

We sure had summer the last few days, and a couple more. I’ll be glad when it goes back to spring temps for awhile. Too early for high 80’s.

May 15 is the last expected frost date in my area.

Here too but we rarely have a frost in May. Unfortunately we had 90 degree weather this week and that makes people stupid. News is blaring to cover plants on Monday night.

We kind of flopped into it but we may have a slight frost next week. Yo-yo weather. 90s this week but back to seasonal 60s next week.
