Gracie here. Slow news week. The peep attempted to take pictures. She took videos of Sasha yelling for dinner without the memory card so we don’t have those. She tried to take a creative pic of me in my head plank sleeping position but she says it’s not as cute as seeing it in person. Nothing is as cute as seeing me in person!
Gus and Sasha were doing their usual thing. The weather was wonderful so the cat room window was open every day. Everyone but me took turns on the sill watching the wildlife. I have the office window and I keep an eye on the neighbor’s cats. That’s a full time job.

This is Morgan’s favorite spot. She can oversee her kingdom when she’s not napping which is most of the time.
I feel sorry for the peeps. With their oversized tushies, they don’t fit on windowsills or cat trees so they miss all the fun. There are benefits to being a cat besides free healthcare.
Have a great weekend!

Looks like you cats are enjoying the lovely weather and the contractor-free time in your house!

Sounds to me like your Peep is just tired from that endless renovation. And I hope she doesn’t see that oversized tushy crack, no pun intended.
I know how slim and svelte you are since, you’re practically still a kitten, but just wait. That tushy of yours, Miss could very well be the next one crowding that window sill. Hey, if it happened to Elizabeth Taylor who also loved rotisserie chicken, it could very well happen to you. So there.

I have the smallest tush here. Sasha and Gus have the big ones! Then there are the peeps.

Your karma young lady is dropping. Be nice. Oprah would never say such things. Oh excuse me? Your back is up? You’re not fooling me Gracie Crimmins. I know you want to be the next Oprah.

Pfft! I AM the next Oprah! Did you read my latest book?

Aw, all looks well! It has been nice weather lately. Keep the Kingdom running smoothly, Morgan!

Morgan: I gave out a few citations. You know squirrels running out of control, birds yapping while I’m trying to sleep. The usual stuff.

Funny, good job Morgan!

Sasha yelling for dinner! I need to see this!

The peep tried just for you. She thought she got a good one but the memory card wasn’t in the camera. She’ll try again because Sasha does it every day. Makes no sense. It doesn’t make the peep move any faster. It just wakes the dead.

I’m probably deaf anyway due to all the Catorzian screaming, but I still really want to hear it!

We can have a contest although Sasha only yells when she wants food. Gracie is the loudest (at 7 lbs.) but you can’t depend on when she will scream (mostly for no reason).

Le Roi is also 7lbs. It’s deffo Small Cat Syndrome.

It does sound like a slow week. I assume you got your rotisserie chicken or you would have let us know. 🙂

Last week’s rotisserie chicken is frozen in small portions so I’m good for a few weeks unless the peep decides to make chicken salad and eats it! That’s just wrong!

Nothing escapes your watchful eye Gracie … you are the right woman for the job of telling all in the household. Does Morgan need a seatbelt if she sleeps that high up – her tail looks like it is twitching. She must have heard the camera click.

Morgan is dead to the world when she sleeps. Sometimes I react to the clicky sound but mostly not. It’s just the peep trying to take pictures which never get as good as your pictures.

I am a sound sleeper too Gracie. When I was a kid, we had a fire at our house, fire engines, front door on fire – I slept through the entire thing. Thank you Gracie … if I lived closer, I’d take your photo. I do pretty good with squirrels … the peanuts help. 🙂

You would do a better job than the peep!

Ha ha – well Gracie, I come home with my fair share of squirrels missing tails or snouts … good thing I don’t have to pay for processing those duds like in the olden days as I’d be in the poorhouse. I was not so “click happy” before digital cameras.

I’m glad that each of you are keeping an eye on the goings on in the neighborhood. Your peeps miss so much (of course it’s important for them to remain focused on your care and feeding).

That’s right! We are their main responsibility! Making sure there is enough rotisserie chicken and treats.

Gracie, the Lady Peep did get us some pictures! I mean, what is Sassy Cat Friday without photos of the Sassy Cats? Thank you for keeping us informed and on top of Sassy Cat happenings and for treating us to the cuteness even if it isn’t in person!

The lady peep’s pictures are borderline. We need some high quality shots to show how gorgeous we are.

Everyone looks adorably smooshable and I am so impressed no one tries to escape and go eat the wildlife.

None of them are interested in going outside. With the contractors going in and out, they had opportunity. I found a dead mouse (uneaten) at week or two ago. Gus had a batting episode with a bird that landed on the outside window ledge. He wacked that window good and the bird flew off.

After all the hub-bub of construction, etc. it’s kinda nice to have a “not much going on” week right gang? We like the photo of Gus’s leg propping up Sasha’s butt up as they gaze out the window (tee hee)……..have a PEACEFUL rest of the week!

Peeps don’t always have time for naps. Especially if they are busy taking care of and watching their kitties.

true.. the peeps can not watch window tv shows, because their anatomy is incmpatible … and they can not bark at people, so to sit on a windowsill is anyway useless for them… have a great weekend..

Yeah, they don’t chase squirrels either. You have to feel sorry for them!
