Gracie here. It’s been a quiet week. No one was sick. Morgan recovered from her drug overdose. Her dental is next Tuesday (Sept. 12) so the portal to hell will come out over the weekend. The peep took some new shots!

Despite the fact that the whole loveseat is available, Sasha and Gus cuddle together in a small cat bed.
Here is the big picture with Morgan on the sofa.
Everyone here wishes everyone out there a great weekend.

Such beautiful cats 🙂 I like Gracie’s blep!

Sending lots of love for the dental visit! I can almost feel myself bracing against bringing out that torture device! 😱

Gracie: It won’t be as bad as mine was. I had 11 extractions. They are talking maybe one for Morgan but they won’t know until they get in there.

Love the raspberry shot. 🙂 Praying all goes well for Morgan’s dental. Have a nice weekend.

Other than not eating with gusto, Morgan is doing great. Hopefully a good cleaning and maybe extraction of a bad tooth will make her happier.

It sounds like you have everything under control at your place Gracie … hopefully Morgan breezes through her dental next Tuesday. Don’t scare her in advance by talking about your teef ordeal though, okay?

They took all my teef except 2! That was so wrong! I have a crooked smile now.

I agree with you Gracie … but at least it is a crooked and sweet smile, not a crooked and wicked smile – that makes a big difference.

Quiet week at least for the cats. That’s good for me but doesn’t give me much blog fodder.

Isn’t it nice there isn’t much going on? I love it when there isn’t much going on 🙂 I think raspberries directed toward the portal to hell is appropriate. Really, how adorable are Sasha and Gus cuddled close together? I find it sweet they chose each other♥

We were lucking in adopting Gus. Sasha was finicky giving him hisses at the beginning. He turned on his mancat charm and she couldn’t resist!

A quiet week is a good thing. It doesn’t happen very often. I’m glad that Morgan is feeling better and I hope her dental visit goes well.

The peep looked back on the Sassy Cat posts and realized how much drama there has been this year. Lots of health issues and medications which make everyone nuts. With a long lasting antibiotic and pain med, Morgan won’t need to get pills! Yay!

Zoe is taking liquid gabapentin for pain. We did not enjoy (either of us) administering the liquid but she takes it happily in the churu treats. I sometimes mix it in her smelliest canned foods but the churus are more certain. It seems to be making a difference, knock wood.

I haven’t been given that med. The injection was an opioid which is why she got all weird.

A quiet week sounds lovely. I mean, as long as the Peep got out enough for her mocha frappachino.

The peep is yearning for one now (although she had one 4 hours ago). Sometimes it makes everything better. She can make them at home and they are quite good (so she says) but it’s not the same as the full experience! 🙂

I think that the experience of someone serving/ making something for you–especially when you are the person who usually takes care of everyone else–that improves the taste. Plus no dishes.

It IS normal life. We haven’t had enough of it this year. Always something up with the cats. They are not that old!

I’m sure she’ll have tales of a bulldozer going in her mouth to excavate the plaque! Most of the time Morgan is a laid back cat.
