Sasha the magnificent here! It’s a rainy day. The peep says we need the rain. Good day to snooze (but we do that every day!). It was a boring week — no DIY projects or contractors. Mr. squirrel only visited once. We are settling into summertime. Interesting birds visiting the feeder and bushy flowers obscuring views. The hummingbirds don’t seem to like what the peep planted on the deck. We haven’t seen any yet. There was no catnip planted. We are calling Cat Protective Services. This is just wrong.
Back to our nap.

Had a shower this morning, but looks like not much else today. Too bad. We need the rain. The lawn is crackling.

A rainy day here too. I heard a heavy downpour just before daylight. More is expected along with some thunderstorms.
Snoozing sounds good.

We cats think snoozing is always good. The peep is happy that we are having rain. Besides needing it, she can’t do any weeding. I don’t think we had thunderstorms but there were significant puddles.
