Sasha the magnificent here. The male peep went down this week. Sick as a dog. (I don’t know what that means but peeps say it.) Lady peep is not good at caretaking. She’s making chicken soup today. That’s her specialty. She’s not so good at the body fluids stuff. She’s hoping whatever it is, isn’t contagious or we are all doomed.
She was able to take two shots of me doing what I do best — napping.
Yes, this is comfortable and I didn’t slip down once!
A basket in the sun? Yes please!
Have a great weekend. They are predicting a nor’easter coming up our coast this weekend so it will be rainy and dreary even if we don’t get the full effect. Find yourself a good spot and nap.
Your photos and advice are FAB Sasha…..nobody makes napping look more fun than you do. Sorry your male peep is out of commission but humans are so delicate. We have to understand that since we’re living with them!

He’s been sleeping for 18 hours straight. We occasionally check to make sure he’s still breathing. Very weird.

He’s only slightly better. It’s the in between stage. He gets dizzy when he gets up so he can’t manage a trip to a doc but it’s not serious enough to call for an ambulance. Maybe I’ll share my catnip kicky toy with him.
