Sassy cats — Busy, busy

Mollie: The Easter celebration was moved to our house this year. We have been working hard to find all the hidden hair balls so they can be thrown out and replaced with new ones.

Hazel: The bunnies have come out of storage and we cats have thrown them in the litter box made them welcome.

Morgan: Some real plants have appeared. It’s funny how the leaves have holes that look a lot like teeth marks. (No I didn’t do it…maybe.)

Gracie: Company! We’re getting company! I’m practicing my biscuit making on sneakers. No, it’s not weird at all.

All the cats here wish you a great holiday for whatever you celebrate.

  1. We will be gathering at my mother’s house for an egg hunt for the kiddos and lovely Easter dinner. I’m just so glad she had what it takes to ask if she could be the hostess! That has allowed me to ignore some of the hard work it takes when we are expecting company. I’m glad the cats seem to be healthy and ready to welcome your guests…maybe no biscuits! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you have a wonderful day, Kate.

    • As I get older my interest in hosting wanes. Maybe I should lower my standards but I do like to set a nice table for guests and have a nice selection of food. I’m trying to keep it simple.

  2. Aw…what an adorable photo of Hazel and the bunny. Wishing you all a wonderful Easter. I’m keeping my eyes peeled today since last year, on Good Friday, I spotted our first hummingbird. Of course, Good Friday was a little later, but I’m hopeful. ๐Ÿ™‚
