Morgan had a ribbon she has played with for years. It’s satin and came on a Christmas gift. She stalks it. She pounces on it and drags it all over the house.
That was then. She has a new obsession. On the platforms of the cat tree I put fleece to make it cozier. It’s been there over a year but within the past month she’s been stalking it.
Morgan: What is that dang thing doing here?
Morgan: Ok, I got it now. It’s not going to attack anyone!
Morgan: Almost got it!
Morgan: And it’s history!

I suspect Morgan may have secret talents you have yet to discover. Start leaving more craft materials out and let’s see what comes of it! Just a thought.

She is crazy. There are a lot of things around that she can get into — fuzzy socks, slippers, towels, etc. I don’t know how she picks her obsessions.

The ribbon was chewed on by Mollie last week but Morgan took it over again this morning. She struck it down and then went on to conquest with the fleece. I bring these dangerous items into our house. She is so funny. She has an unusual mew so I can’t tell if it’s prey or her kitten.

None of my cats have been so friendly to strangers and she’s an adult cat now. I recently read an article that said some traits are connected to their color genes. I have had tortie attitude before but this is my first solid gray.
